We settled 2,229 rating appeals with the Valuation Office Agency and the Assessor, and secured reductions on 1,315 cases. This is a 59% success rate. Total rateable value appealed: £51,289,665.

We paid £83,484,506 in business rates for our clients in 2009-10 on 2409 properties and 24615 individual payments.

In the 2009-10 rate year we saved/reduced clients business rates liability by £10,129,922.
